Yes! Spressify is completely free for customers. There are no subscription fees, booking fees, or hidden charges.
You only pay for the services you book at the salon's listed prices.
We offer simple, transparent pricing for salon owners. Founding member pricing (shown below) is available for early adopters:

All plans include a 30-day free trial. This means:
- Sign up and set up your salon for free
- List your services and start accepting bookings
- Cancel anytime during the 30 days — no charge
After the trial, your subscription auto-renews at the founding member price for 6 months, then switches to standard pricing.
The monthly cap protects you from unexpected costs as your business grows:
- All plans have a $150/month cap on the 2% transaction fee
- Once you reach $150 in fees for the month, additional transactions have $0 platform fee
- High-volume salons benefit most - the more you book, the lower your effective rate
The cap resets on the 1st of each month. Your subscription fee (monthly or annual) is separate from the per-transaction fees.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You'll pay the prorated difference.
- Downgrades: Take effect at your next billing cycle.
To change your plan, go to Dashboard > Settings > Subscription.
If you cancel within the 30-day free trial:
- No charge is ever made to your account
- Your business listing is removed from search
- You can re-register anytime to start a new trial
We want you to try Spressify risk-free. If it's not for you, there's no penalty.
