Bookings & Calendar
Everything you need to know about booking and managing appointments.
To view your upcoming appointments:
- Open the Spressify app
- Tap on the "Bookings" tab at the bottom of the screen
- You'll see all your upcoming appointments listed by date
- Tap on any appointment to view details or make changes
To cancel or reschedule:
- Go to the "Bookings" tab and find your appointment
- Tap on the appointment to open details
- Select "Reschedule" to pick a new time, or "Cancel" to cancel
- Confirm your choice
Important: Cancellation policies vary by salon. Most salons require 24 hours notice for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Our standard cancellation policy:
- 24+ hours before: Full refund
- Less than 24 hours: 50% refund
- No-show: No refund
Some salons may have their own cancellation policies. Always check the salon's policy before booking.
During the booking process:
- After selecting your service and time, you'll see a "Notes" field
- Enter any special requests, allergies, or preferences
- The salon will see these notes before your appointment
Examples: "First-time customer", "Allergic to certain products", "Running late"
Yes! Spressify sends automatic reminders:
- 24 hours before: Email and push notification
- 2 hours before: Push notification
You can customize your notification preferences in Settings > Notifications.
Yes, you can book appointments for friends or family:
- During booking, look for the "Booking for someone else?" option
- Enter their name and contact information
- They'll receive the confirmation and reminders
Payment will still be charged to your account.
If a salon cancels your appointment:
- You'll receive an immediate notification
- You'll get a full refund automatically
- We'll help you find alternative salons with similar availability
Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days.
To see your past appointments:
- Go to the "Bookings" tab
- Tap "History" at the top of the screen
- Browse your past appointments by date
- Tap any booking to view details or rebook the same service
